O artigo reflete sobre as linhas demarcatórias entre política, parentesco e gênero, tendo em vista que essas três instâncias colocam em jogo aspectos do exercício do poder e dinâmicas de "partilha", entendida tanto como interdição quanto como comunhão, a partir das personagens femininas Cordélia e Antígona, as quais fazem parte respectivamente das tragédias "Rei Lear", de Shakespeare, e "Antígona", de Sófocles.  

The article reflects on the demarcation lines between politics, kinship and gender, bearing in mind that these three instances put into play aspects of the exercise of power and dynamics of "sharing", understood both as interdiction and as communion, based on the female characters Cordelia and Antigone, which are respectively part of the tragedies "King Lear", by Shakespeare, and "Antigone", by Sophocles.
