O artigo reflete sobre como Susan Buck-Morss debate relações entre arte, sensibilidade e estética na modernidade. Assim, ela critica como o corpo foi alijado da dimensão estética em favor de uma anestética. Nesse sentido, explicitaremos como a autora reavalia a percepção contemporânea e enfrenta politicamente táticas anestesiantes das lógicas espetaculares nos séculos XX/XXI.

The article reflects on how Susan Buck-Morss discusses relations between art, sensitivity and aesthetics in modernity. Thus, she criticizes the way the body was removed from the aesthetic discussion in favor of an anaesthetics. In this sense, we will explain how the author re-evaluates contemporary perception and politically confronts anaesthetizing tactics of spectacular logics in the twentieth/21st centuries.
