O objetivo deste artigo é abordar a pressuposição da igualdade à luz das teses de Jacques Rancière. Para o autor, o conceito de partilha do sensível é fomentado por um circuito que se estabelece não apenas na política, mas também na estética, envolvendo tanto a literatura quanto o espaço político. Esse circuito das formas partilhadas, além de ser mobilizado por instâncias conflituosas, também se concretiza nas formas romanescas modernas e na construção de novas subjetividades. Nesse sentido, o artigo busca responder de que maneira essas transformações no romance moderno afetam a vida dos indivíduos relegados ao anonimato, assim como de que forma a nova concepção de tempo e espaço reconfigura a estrutura partilhada e impulsiona esses indivíduos, com base na ideia de uma pressuposição igualitária presente em todo agente de transformação.

The objective of this article is to address the presupposition of equality in light of Jacques Rancière's theses. For the author, the concept of the distribution of the sensible is fostered by a circuit that is established not only in politics but also in aesthetics, involving both literature and the political space. This circuit of shared forms, in addition to being mobilized by conflicting instances, is realized in modern novelistic forms and in the construction of new subjectivities. In this sense, the article seeks to answer how these transformations in the modern novel affect the lives of individuals consigned to anonymity, as well as how the new conception of time and space reconfigures the shared structure and drives these individuals, based on the idea of an egalitarian presupposition present in every agent of transformation.
